01 General Terms & Conditions

ACB67 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an internationally licensed operator of online betting and gaming services. These Terms & Conditions apply to users in Bangladesh and anywhere else in the world.

02 Account Registration

To register with ACB67, you must provide accurate and complete information. Accounts created with false information may be closed at any time and any associated balance may be forfeited.

KYC Verification

03 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Third-party payments are not accepted.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 BDT.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• In the case of suspicious transactions, ACB67 may place a hold on funds until an investigation is completed.

04 Bonuses & Promotions

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Abnormal odds or results arising from technical errors will be considered void.
• Match fixing or placing bets using insider information is strictly prohibited.
• ACB67 reserves the right to void any bet or winnings if suspicious betting patterns are detected.
• ACB67 is not liable for bets that fail to process during live betting due to network issues.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ACB67 platform. Any breach of these rules will result in permanent account closure and, where applicable, legal action.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening an account using someone else's identity.
• Abusing or manipulating the bonus system.
• Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Money laundering or any form of illegal financial transactions.
• Attempting to hack or compromise the platform's security systems.
• Harassing or defrauding other members.

07 Account Closure & Suspension

ACB67 may temporarily or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of the terms and conditions.
• If an account is registered using false or incomplete information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request.

Users may also request to close their account at any time. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed, unless the closure is due to a breach of the rules.

08 Responsible Gaming
